1. Bookings and Reservations

1.1 Tour Bookings

• Bookings are only confirmed upon receiving a minimum 30% deposit of the total trip cost.

• Full payment must be made 21 days prior to the safari start date.

• Gorilla and chimpanzee permits require full upfront payment and are non-refundable.

• Final itinerary, accommodation, and transportation are subject to change due to availability or unforeseen conditions. We will communicate any changes in advance.

1.2 Amendments

• We allow changes to confirmed bookings if made in writing.

• Any resulting price differences or administrative costs will be added to the final invoice.

1.3 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Refunds will be issued according to our Refund Policy, less non-refundable elements and banking fees.

2. Online Shop

• Products sold via our online store (e.g., clothing, gear, souvenirs) are subject to return and exchange only if reported within 7 days of delivery, and returned in their original condition.

• Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be made within 7–14 business days.

3. Client Responsibilities

By booking a trip or using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information.

• Comply with local laws, customs, and wildlife regulations during tours.

• Possess all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates, insurance, etc.).

• Follow safety instructions issued by guides or park authorities.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove individuals who violate safety standards, cause disruption, or act unlawfully.

4. Travel Insurance and Liability

• Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical, cancellation, and emergency evacuation) is strongly advised.

• We shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations beyond our control (e.g., flight issues, weather)

  • Injuries, accidents, or property damage not caused by our negligence

  • Loss of personal items

• Our liability is limited to services we directly control and within the laws of the Republic of Uganda.

5. Wildlife & Nature-Based Experiences

• Wildlife sightings, weather conditions, and natural events cannot be guaranteed.

• Gorilla and chimpanzee trekking permits grant tracking access but do not guarantee animal visibility.

• We operate under ethical wildlife and ecotourism practices; harassment of wildlife or damage to the environment is strictly prohibited.

6. Third-Party Services

• Some travel components (e.g., accommodations, transport providers) are arranged through third-party vendors.

• While we carefully vet partners, we are not liable for any errors, delays, or incidents caused by third parties.

7. Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree to:

• Use it for lawful purposes only

• Not disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

• Not copy, scrape, or reproduce content without permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, logos, videos, itineraries, and branding—is the property of Noel Adventures and Safaris or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
